A cello bow needs more hair than a violin bow, set a little firmer. It’s done here by someone trained for it, tensioned and settled before final checks — and still at the same flat price as violin and viola.

How it works

  1. Book & pay online

    Choose cello and pay online. Then tell us about your bow and pick the week you’ll post it. We send your posting address, the tube we recommend, and simple instructions.

  2. Post your bow to us

    At the Post Office, ask for “Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm” (about £12). It’s fully insured and signed for. Keep the receipt: it’s your proof of cover. Our packing guide shows exactly how to pack it.

  3. We rehair & return

    We email you the moment it arrives, with a firm return date. Fresh hair, given time to settle, then back to you by Special Delivery with a tracking number.
